A Sisterhood Spinning Retreat<\/a> – 3 day Retreat<\/span><\/strong>

This is a unique, 3 day, hands-on introduction to all things spinning! Hosted and organized by Sisterhood fibres, I will lead participants through how to spin a 2ply yarn from start to finish on a drop spindle as well as how to prepare, card and spin a lovely local fleece. You’ll get to test drive a spinning wheel, and learn about the properties of wool and how they affect your spinning and textile projects. Then there’s all the retreat fun like a Meet & Greet, meals, a goody bag, lots of time to learn, practice and play, and a visit to a sheep farm!\u00a0<\/p>\n
